Love, Beauty & Planet is a cruelty-free, ethically sourced, naturally derived haircare brand committed to small acts of love that make you and the planet cleaner, greener, and more beautiful.
Project Objective
To create a collection of images showcasing the full range of Love, Beauty & Planet shampoos and conditioners in a bright, clean, spa-like setting. The brief called for both individual product shots and paired shampoo/conditioner images, styled with lifestyle props to achieve an elevated, "Instagram-worthy" feel.
Production Challenges
Creating a variety of distinct bathroom scenes within a studio environment always presents a styling challenge. In this case, the brand's specific request to match the backdrop and prop colors to the individual shampoo scents added an additional layer of complexity to the styling process.
Creative Process
To address the styling challenges, I sourced new backdrops from Replica Surfaces that perfectly complemented the different shampoo scent colors. I then combined these backdrops with props, including bamboo brushes and other naturally sourced accessories, to create cohesive and visually appealing scenes. This approach allowed me to showcase the products in a way that highlighted both their individual qualities and the brand's commitment to natural, planet-friendly ingredients.
